Madi Terek entered the renewable energy industry in 2022 Before joining R3 Renewables, she was a Project Manager of Development at NextEra Energy Resources leading the development of over 1 GW of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects in the WECC. Previously, Madi worked as a Geoscientist and Project Manager at ExxonMobil for over 3 years. She specialized in asset valuation and stewarded the execution of offshore drilling projects in South America. Madi holds a MS in Structural Geology from the University of Wyoming and a BS in Geophysics with a minor in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University.
